Work Registration

Fields marked with an (*) are mandatory and must be answered.

IMPORTANT: Please read the following.

DWS records indicate that you do not have an active work registration on file. Even though you may not be required to look for work to be eligible for unemployment insurance benefits, it is important that you are registered for work. After answering a few short questions, you will be automatically registered for work in the Arkansas Job Link (AJL). Confidential information obtained from processing your unemployment insurance claim will not be released.

You will be asked to provide information to identify yourself and enable Workforce Center staff to assist with your work search activities. You will also be asked to answer a security question. The answer to the security question will be used to reset your AJL password should you decide to use AJL to help find new employment. If you do not provide this information, your AJL registration cannot be processed.

Information in AJL may be shared with Workforce Center partners and other public agencies to assist with your work search activities. Aggregate (non-identifying) data may be used in evaluating and improving efforts to conduct outreach to diverse population groups, including racial and ethnic minorities and persons with disabilities. Employers approved to use AJL will have access to information pertinent to your workplace knowledge, skills and abilities; however, you will be able to limit this type of information via controls available in AJL.
